I gave the 3 days notice to my tenant and wife.

on the fourth day I went to the court to evict them.
on the following day they were serve. The five day was on 01/27/12. I check the MIAMIDADECOUNTY-CLERK. I can see if they filed a motion. I called the County Clerk and it states that Attorney answered on 01/30/12, which it means that it was after the five day. I don't know if it was the judge that answered our his attorney. How do I find out. -
